Deliveries and returns
Products can be purchased on the website for delivery to Belgium, Europe and other countries, around 190 countries!!.
The delivery time stipulated on your order form (in your shopping cart) is the maximum time required for the delivery of your products to your chosen destination.
You should allow 5 days for delivery within Belgium and 7 days for delivery in Europe.
Orders are generally sent in 48 hours after reception of your payment. The standard method of dispatch is Kilopost standard or Kilopost international (www.bpost.be).
For the mode kilopost international with track and trace, we can send you a link which will allow you to follow on-line the delivery of your order.
For the mode kilopost standard without track and trace (order lower than 2 kilos), there is no number of follow-up and thus the sending is sent at your own risks and will never be pay off or never re-delivered.
Delivery will take place within the stipulated time, and for each delivery, the product will be delivered to you direct, in return for your signature on the receipt slip.
In every case, you must check the contents and the state of the package you receive before you sign the delivery slip. You must systematically note any litigation concerning carriage (breakage, damage, damaged packaging, missing product, etc.) on the delivery slip.
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the Postal Service will leave a delivery notice in the recipient’s letterbox. The package should then be retrieved from the nearest post office.
In the event of a significant delay in delivery, we undertake to compensate you with a purchase coupon worth 10% of the value of your order. Late deliveries will not give rise to damages or interest, withholding of funds, or the cancellation of the order, in the event of full or partial strikes, internal or external to the company, the blockage of means of transport or supply, or governmental or legal restrictions.
Z’art shall not be held responsible if laws, regulations, or any other event cause your products to be held by customs at a national border.
We recommend you to group together your purchase in a unique order. We cannot group two different orders and you will have to settle postal charges for each of them.
A particular care is brought to the parcel containing fragile products.
Satisfied or refunded
When you receive your parcel, you have seven working days to change your mind.
You may return the product to us in its original packaging, at your own expense. You may choose to be refunded via Paypal (excluding delivery costs) or a replacement product from our shop. The replacement or refund of your order will only be effective once our after sales service has checked the quantity and quality of the items returned to us. The products must not have been used or damaged in any way and must be perfectly clean. This right of retraction is exercised without penalties, with the exception of the cost of return and re-delivery
